GEN-BRITEKLEENA

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 

A strong phosphoric acid-based descaling compound, formulated for various applications, including CIP and hook and roller cleaning. 

 

FEATURES:

Cleans, de-scales and de-rusts hook and roller equipment in the meat processing industry, leaving them with a bright surface finish. With its low foaming qualities, Gen-Acidgard-1 is also ideal to use in all spray and circulation applications.

 

BENEFITS:

  1. Suitable for a wide range of descaling jobs.

A heavy-duty alkaline detergent formulated for first stage hook cleaning in meat processing facilities. It is also designed for effective closed plant cleaning throughout the food processing industry.

FEATURES:

Ideal for crate washing, for the effective removal of fatty and carbohydrate based soils. In fact, it can be used to clean any piece of equipment that is not easily dismantled. Furthermore, Gen-Alkagard-35 is efficient in first stage hook cleaning to remove protein build-up, old oils and greases.

A ready-to-use neutral quick-break degreaser for cleaning engines, chassis, plant and machinery. 

 

FEATURES:

Will not damage paint work and can also be used as a parts washer and degreaser in automotive areas as well as engine

cleaning. It is suitable for manual use or automatic machines.

  1. Effectively removes heavy deposits, such as tar & grease.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 

An acid sanitising additive recommended to be used in the food industry, specifically in CIP acid applications where additional cleaning and/or sanitising power is required. Gen-Sanigard is designed to work in conjunction with a nitric acid package for CIP. 

 

FEATURES:

A non-fuming acid additive with sanitising properties, it can be automatically injected at various points in CIP loops to bolster cleaning efficiency and reduce downtime. 

 

BENEFITS:

  1. Removes hard water and protein scale.
